" With the year being the way it is, we understand that many people have had to make drastic changes to their lifestyle which may have had an impact on their mental health. We want to open up this space in order to create a safe and inclusive space for people to share about their personal experiences, share coping strategies and connect with others who may have faced similar issues throughout the year. "

All mental health professionals and post graduates students in clinical psychology or counselling program are cordially invited to a Virtual Mental Health Retreat facilitated by Dr. Lynda Ling. This full day retreat involves a mixture of small group discussion, sharing, experiential group work and role play to invite participants to engage with your own inner worlds as well as to examine your regulating strategies, improve your presence, empathic witnessing, and overall relational stance. The Retreat is not a therapy group but a relational process group where participants are invited to continually activate, illuminate, and process the here-and-now dynamics of your relationships together.
